Drop-in tomorrow Morning NPW Brewer Park - support CKCU fundraiser ($20)

Join the CKCU Outdoor Nordic Walk Fundraising Activity! Get Fit, Have Fun, Learn something New! All age groups and fitness levels are invited to this Nordic Pole Walking event.

There is a minimum donation of $20 to CKCU to attend this NPW fun clinic.

To donate on-line click here CKCU Donate (https://www.ckcufm.com/secure/pledge/). In the field that requests Show(s) to support please put "NPWalking", then print the receipt and bring it to the clinic on Saturday or you may also donate at the clinic.

At the clinic you will learn the NPW benefits, technique and do a short walk along with basic warm-up/cool-down exercises. We are outside, wear running shoes and dress for the weather. Demo Nordixx poles are provided free for your use at the clinic.

You are the Best! For your donation you learn the Nordic Walking technique, receive an official receipt and your name is entered into the Funding Drive Incentives depending on how much you donate.

For donations of $20 or more you will be entered into a draw for 2 tickets to an NAC concert

For donations of $40 or more, you will be entered into a draw for an iPod

For donations of $60 or more, you will be entered into a draw for an iPad

For donations of $80 or more you will be entered into a draw for a GoPro Camera

For donations of $100 or more you will know that you totally RULE!
