Our group is dedicated to bringing awareness to the power of alternative healing modalities while introducing you to the transformative experience of the EESystem energy space at NRG Plus in Huntley, IL.
We host a variety of healing events, including sound baths, breathwork sessions, meditation gatherings, energy work experiences and creative workshops to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal. Join us for an intimate, two-part in-person workshop designed to guide you into the depths of your subconscious. Over the course of five weeks, we’ll gently explore the hidden parts of ourselves — the pieces we’ve ignored, rejected, or tucked away — and learn how to bring them into the light with compassion and awareness.
Between sessions, you’ll receive a thoughtfully crafted workbook with practices and reflections to help you continue the process on your own, deepening your experience and integration.
