Explore Bear Creek Park (Casual Walk)

Hello, we're planning a casual walk at Bear Creek, on part(s) of the trail. We'll meet where there's plenty of parking. To the left of the entrance of the Keller Pointe building, where the "circle garden" of trees and shrubs (near flagpoles).

NOTE 1: We'll start gathering at 10:00, then head for the trail at around 10:15.

NOTE 2: Sometimes I bring my soccer ball to "warm up" before the walk. So if you see me kicking a ball, either against the building wall, or with other members, that's me / us!

For those of you who are unfamiliar, Bear Creek and surrounding area is really great! There are a couple of playgrounds at various points off the path, paved trail that slices through nature, running next to a ravine, and there are dirt trails around too for those who like exploring trees and such. During a hard rain, the ravine fills to a whitewater / rapids situation. When dry, you can go rock-hunting. At one end there are soccer / baseball fields, and lots of ducks! There's even a dog park as well.

Suggested common sense items: water bottle, bug spray, hat, sunscreen.. and MASKS! (I play this by ear; if we can stay reasonably social distance no biggie, but if there's lots of us then I likely will wear one).
