Uladzislau Ramanenka — "From Breaking Apps to Building One: My iOS Dev Journey"
I started my career in software testing, spending years making sure other people’s apps didn’t ship with bugs. A few years ago, I decided to switch sides and start building apps.In this talk, I’ll share my journey from writing my first app to getting it onto the App Store, including the challenges, mistakes, and lessons I learned along the way.
I'll talk about the transition from QA to development, the realities of building something from scratch, learning SwiftUI, dealing with App Store submissions, and the struggle to finally hit "release" instead of chasing endless improvements.
This talk is for anyone learning iOS development or working on side projects and interested in what the journey can look like.
Pol Piella — "Tuning Your App Using Xcode's Instruments"
Have you ever spent hours chasing down frustrating performance issues like bloated app storage or laggy UIs? Or maybe you’ve noticed something off in your app’s performance but weren’t quite sure how to track down the root cause? You’re not alone. After years of debugging apps at scale, I’ve built a toolkit of techniques, tools, and processes to help you quickly identify and fix those elusive performance problems like a pro.
