We’ve got some great talks lined up, plus plenty of time to chat and meet others in the community. Whether you’re new to Apple platforms or have been building for years, everyone’s welcome.

Bret Cheng — “How Goodnotes serves 27M monthly active users with local-first architecture”

Aleksandr Filimonov — "What Disney Taught Us About iOS Animations"

Learn how good animations can make your iOS app better. See how Disney's animation tricks work in mobile apps, check real numbers on how they help users, and learn to code them in SwiftUI. After this talk, you'll see app animations in a new way.

🕓 Schedule:
6:30 PM – 7:00 PM Arrival and check-in at Goodnotes reception
7:00 PM Presentations start
8:30 PM – 9:00 PM Continue the conversation at the pub (TBA)

  • Arrival Time: Arrive by 6:30 PM to complete the check-in process. If you need mobility assistance, let us know at least one day in advance.
  • Check-in Process: Go to Goodnotes reception (see map). Provide your full name and mention the NSLondon event to receive your badge.
  • Full Names Required: Ensure your Meetup profile has your full name or send it to us in a private message at least 48 hours before the event.
  • Late Arrival: A Goodnotes staff member will guide us to the event space. If you arrive late, you may need to wait.
