*Mobile apps are small pocket size solutions making life easier and not just a some screens. In my talk i'll walk you through my journey from a developer who prefer to stay in background and do coding to a tech lead, thinking mobile apps as a solution. Structured into small chapters. I'll share my key learnings, mindset shifts that shaped my path. Whether you're aspiring to tech lead or already on the path, this talk offers insights to help you grow with confidence.*

**Vojtech Vrbka *(Monzo)*** *\- "Slashing Monzo's Build and Test Pipeline Time by \~70%*"

*At Monzo, we maintain a robust testing culture with over 30,000 tests, ensuring all features are thoroughly tested. But this also means that it takes increasingly longer to run tests as we develop more features and add more tests. In this talk, I’ll share the strategies we implemented to dramatically reduce our CI test execution time from over 60 minutes to as little as 15 minutes.*
