He is no stranger to property investment and has been operating a boutique accommodation business in the Inner-western suburbs of Sydney for over 25 years. Equally, Jeremy has renovated many properties over the last 25 years, developed multi-room projects and maximises investment property potential. His qualifications in property provide advisory for property development, property acquisition, strategic asset management and property market reports for property investors and property developers alike who need to better understand their property investment strategy.

Melissa holds a Bachelor in Environmental Planning with Honours, and a Diploma in Project Management and has over 15 years of experience as an environmental town planner. Melissa's background spans all areas of the property, inclusive of commercial, industrial and residential. Melissa works closely with developers through all phases of the development process, beginning with property potential analysis right through to construction certificate, occupation certificate and subdivision certificate stages.
Melissa has developed and implemented award-winning sustainable development projects across Australia. She is a strong advocate for applying creativity and innovation to all aspects of town planning.
