Join us for Introduction to Movement, a foundational class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence in your body—no matter your fitness background. Focus on very basic and building movement patterns and light strength exercises.
$20 per session
What to bring: Yoga Matt, proper clothing, towel, and water.

· Strength, stability, and mobility
· Injury prevention
· Building a strong fitness foundation
Ideal for beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone looking to improve how they move.
