Join the millions of people across the world getting up out of their beds at silly o'clock in the morning to do a walk/run and give those suffering with mental health issues hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel and let them know they are not alone! Of course our trail will be better than theirs....cause ours will be a hash trail!
