We’re a community-focused Meetup group that hosts regular social events—usually once a week—at cozy local bars and restaurants around Nürnberg. Whether you're new in town or a long-time local, you'll find a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere where everyone is welcome.

### Raus aus dem Kopf – rein in deinen Körper
Vielleicht kennst du das: viel im Kopf, viel im Außen – und dabei den Kontakt zu dir selbst ein Stück verloren.
Dieser Abend ist ein geschützter Raum nur für Frauen, in dem du einfach da sein darfst. Ohne Druck, ohne Erwartungen. Du musst nichts leisten oder können.
### Was dich erwartet
Ein Abend unter Frauen mit Körperübungen, freiem Tanz und Meditation – um wieder mehr bei dir anzukommen, dich zu spüren und dich neu zu verbinden.
### Zum freien Tanz
Der freie Tanz ist eine natürliche Bewegungsform, bei der es kein Richtig oder Falsch und keine festen Schritte gibt.
Du kannst dich so bewegen, wie es sich für dich in diesem Moment echt anfühlt. Ich begleite den Prozess sanft mit Impulsen, sodass jede in ihre eigene Bewegung finden kann.
Du brauchst dafür keine Vorkenntnisse. Du bist willkommen – genau so, wie du bist.🥰***
