Nurses, together let's beat burnout!

Nurse burnout is unique, and sometimes the best people to relate with, are those experiencing similar situations.

As a former Emergency Department nurse and now Nurse Coach, I found a need for nurses - an opportunity to meet and mingle with other nurses, outside of the clinical environment, to promote self-care.

Events will include a variety of activities - brewery meetups to just hang and chat, hikes, learn and share sessions, mindfulness activities like yoga and meditation, etc…

This is a space to share, be heard, and enjoy self-care activities that help to minimize burnout.

Nursing students and new-grads are welcome! This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced nurses, gain support in your new nursing role, and do what you can to prevent burnout.

Let's gather together to reignite the love we have for nursing!
