Introduction to the Fairfax Communication Meetup

Welcome to the Fairfax NVC & Communication Practice Group!!

To start things off, we'll be meeting at Indie Alley, an awesome little co-working space in Fairfax. The goal is to meet bi-weekly in this cozy space to practice with likeminded individuals.

For the first meeting, we'll do some introductions, talk about what we want out of the group, and practice some NVC!

In addition to Nonviolent Communication (NVC), I want to branch out to other frameworks and ideas as we progress. Feel free to bring some ideas for future material.

This group is mainly to practice the art of communication in a fun and safe environment so we can learn, hone, and knock the rust off our techniques to hear and be heard in an effective manor.
