Introduction to Nonviolent Communication / 4-Week Free Course in Palma, Mallorca

Dear community, this September, I want to open a Nonviolent Communication practice group in Palma. We begin with a free introductory course into Nonviolent Communication (NVC), which starts on September 20th, at 18h – 20h.

We will have 4 weekly sessions on Saturday evenings, finishing on October 11th. In our gatherings, we will explore what is known as The 4 Steps of NVC. Through role-plays and guided exercises, we will learn how to organically apply the 4 steps in our everyday life to build more connection, understanding, and empathy with people close to us – be it our neighbors, family members, coworkers, or larger communities.

The course is offered on a donation basis (suggested contribution: 10-20€ per session, or what is within your capacity), so everyone is welcome to participate.
