NVC Practice group
Details
This group is an open space for people who already have some experience with Nonviolent Communication and would like to continue developing their skills in a supportive environment. Together we explore real-life situations, practice empathy and honest expression. We support each other in integrating NVC more fully into daily life.
Because this is a practice group rather than a beginner training, participants are expected to already be familiar with the basic NVC model and terminology. The intention is to create a space where you can learn, develop and strengthen your capacity for compassionate communication.

About me:
I'm originally from the Netherlands where I’ve been offering NVC training since 2015. I completed my certification in 2018.
From all the tools and methods I’ve encountered in my journey as a human, social worker, and coach NVC has stood out to me for its clarity, depth, and its unique combination of simplicity and power. I moved to Barcelona in 2024 and I'm excited to continue offering courses and retreats here.
