NVC is also known as compasionate communication or the language of the heart. NVC is a simple yet powerful practice by developed by Marshall Rosenberg, that helps us communicate with empathy, clarity, and compassion.

In this workshop you will discover:

About me
I'm originally from the Netherlands where I’ve been offering NVC training since 2015. I completed my certification in 2018
From all the tools and methods I’ve encountered in my journey as a human, social worker, and coach NVC has stood out to me for its clarity, depth, and its unique combination of simplicity and power. I moved to Barcelona in 2024 and I'm excited to continue offering courses and retreats here
