This is an 8.2 mile loop trail near Paris, VA with about 1,800 feet elevation. The trail is well maintained and not very rocky, a moderately challenging walk in the woods. We'll be hiking at a 2-2.5 MPH pace slowing down for the inclines and photo ops. We will start hiking promptly at 08:30

Note: parking is very limited at the trailhead. Strongly encourage carpooling!
The suggested carpool location is at the Centerville P&R. The driving time from there to the trailhead is about 45 minutes. Please arrive at the Park and Ride by 7:30 AM to form carpools. Suggested carpool fee is $5.
Hike leader will not be at the carpool location.
