Jess White
Jess is a full time real estate investor with 41 units that include long term rentals, short term rentals, and commercial multifamily conversions. Jess will be covering how you can do BRRRRs on with ground up, new construction builds.

Elsa Nguyen
Elsa is the managing partner of Sunrise Equity Group. She comes from an accounting background and started syndicating in 2019. She is now a General Partner on 200+ doors, and 400+ pre-construction development doors.

Derek Fujikawa
Derek is the owner of Fujikawa & Associate, CPA. He'll be discussing essential tax strategies for real estate investors. In addition to his CPA firm, he also owns triple net commercial units and 3 mid-term rentals.

About the hosts:
Josh Baldovino and Ashley Cao are partners in NVST Capital. Collectively they own and operate over a dozen long term rentals, short term rentals, and mid term rentals in the Columbus, Dallas, Branson and Joshua Tree markets. They are currently under contract for a commercial RV park.
