Free World Card Making Day Event - Make 3 Cards-1 October 2022

You can join the online event. Or, if you're in Houston, TX, join us at our local coffee shop where a group of us will be watching the event and crafting along with the live, virtual event presented by Stampin' Up! to celebrate World Card Making Day. Let us know you're coming so we can save you a seat.

Prepare for the event using the supply lists and cutting dimensions provided by Stampin' Up! Use the list below to check what supplies we'll use, and preorder the stamps, dies and supplies you don't already have or use something similar in your stash. Also, you'll want to use the cutting dimensions provided to precut your cardstock and gather the supplies we'll use. Then when we're together, we'll create our cards and learn new techniques as we watch the virtual event.

Don't have these stamp sets, or cardstock and ink colors in the Product Flyer? No worries. Select similar stamp sets or colors from your existing sets and supplies and use what you have. For instance: Instead of the Cottage Wreath Bundle, I'm planning to use the Natural Prints set from the Annual Catalog. We love sharing ideas for making these card ideas your own with your own personal touch, different embellishments and different colors.

Things to bring if you're attending our free live watch party: Bring your precut cardstock and materials for each of the 3 cards, plus your crafting supplies such as your stamps and dies, a bone folder, your favorite scissors, your own snail adhesive and/or a wet adhesive, like Tombow Multi-Purpose Adhesives, Dimensionals, Clear Blocks to fit your stamps, stamp cleaner, and envelopes for your cards.

Also bring your phone, a stand for your phone, and your ear buds to listen to the virtual event. I'll have an 18" computer and speakers set up to view the Stampin' Up! virtual event, but in case the sound quality or computer images are not easily visible, you'll be able to follow along on your personal phone.

I'll, also bring a Cut & Emboss Machine in the event we need to create die cuts during the event.

NOTE: There is no charge if you plan to bring your own supplies and stamp sets to make your cards. We do ask that you order a beverage at the coffee shop. We would love the company!
