Hello friends! Are you female or female-identifying? Do you live in NW Portland? Do you love to read and talk about books you have read? Are you fun and open to fun experiences? Of course you are! You are an amazing person! I want you in my bookclub! This will be a small group that will meet about once a month-ish. At the beginning we will meet in public (maybe a park or a nice gathering place here in NW Portland) and as the group evolves we might take it to our houses or restaurants. Each session the Hostess will pick the book and lead the discussion (or they can ask me to lead discussion). Count on some sort of food at the meetings possibly evolving to potluck. Most importantly: we are embarking on a reading journey together. There is no territory off-limits: historical fiction, horror, autobiographies, or graphic novels. All are OK!
