This month we're excited to welcome Lyf Gildersleeve, owner and chief fishmonger of Flying Fish, a Portland-based restaurant and fish market known for sourcing sustainable, humane seafood. It should be a great chance to hear a different perspective on fish — from the sea to the plate — and we're looking forward to what he has to share.
