Welcome fellow anxiety sufferers! This is for anyone that suffers from any degree and kind of anxiety. There is always an option to attend with or without video, to speak or just observe. *Time is Central Time Zone*

Note: If using video, it is asked that you 1) do not walk around/move your screen unless absolutely necessary 2) are seated facing the camera (not lying down or in bed, which are totally acceptable with video off!)
