John David Lindsey, the son of Lindsey & Associates, Inc. founder Jim Lindsey was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas, in February 1971. He later graduated from Fayetteville High School in 1989 and the University of Arkansas in 1994. After a brief mini-tour professional golf career, John David joined Lindsey & Associates in 1996 as General Manager. Since 1999, he has served as Principal Broker and has been instrumental in the company’s growth. John David says, “Working for the company has been the professional honor of my lifetime. I’m eternally grateful for my father, JW Gabel, and everyone who has contributed to Lindsey & Associates' success.” Outside the office, John David enjoys spending time with his wife, Brooke, and their six children, as well as cheering for the Razorbacks and golfing.
With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate in Northwest Arkansas, Grady Mathews has built a reputation for connecting people, capital, and opportunity. He began his career as a landlord leasing representative, gaining firsthand knowledge of property operations and leasing. Today, Grady is the CEO of Anchor Asset Management Group, the parent company of Genesis Commercial Real Estate, Versailles Property Management, and Vesta Boutique Realty. Through this platform, he focuses on brokerage, asset management, and private equity investments that create long-term value. Palmer Hays is a Northwest Arkansas native and has successfully represented clients in a variety of manners. Still, his specialty lies with industrial tenant and landlord representation, industrial sale leasebacks, and commercial land. “I’ve always believed that the pathway to assisting our clients in a first-class fashion is done best through a 24/7 pulse on property values, market activity, and the movement of capital.” He feels that Northwest Arkansas has much runway to grow the industrial product type as the community continues to evolve. Palmer attended Wichita State University and Oral Roberts University where he studied finance and played collegiate golf. He brings the same focus and attentiveness required to be a Division one athlete to the workforce to add value to his client's commercial real estate endeavors.
Alan Cole is widely recognized as the leading retail broker in Arkansas and a driving force behind some of the region’s most high-profile retail developments. He played a pivotal role in brokering the landmark Topgolf projects in both Northwest Arkansas—where this event is being held—and Little Rock, highlighting his expertise in bringing nationally recognized brands to the local market. Since joining the firm that is now Colliers | Arkansas in 2003, Alan has specialized in tenant representation, development consulting, leasing, and land sales and acquisitions across Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Mississippi, and Tennessee. A lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas, he combines deep local knowledge with extensive regional and national relationships, making him a trusted advisor to landlords, developers, and tenants alike. His track record of market leadership and deal-making excellence has established him as a premier resource for national retailers and developers seeking strategic growth throughout the Mid-South.
