🇬🇧 Nx Wrocław – Monorepos, Productivity & Scalable Apps

Welcome to Nx Wrocław - a local community dedicated to Nx and its ecosystem!
We meet in Wrocław to discuss monorepos, productivity, automation, and best practices for building scalable applications and managing large codebases.

The group is powered by Push-Based - an official Nx partner.
Organizers: Adrian Romański and Michael Hladky.

💡 Topics we discuss:

  • managing large codebases with monorepos,
  • Nx plugins and extensions,
  • automation, caching, and CI/CD,
  • best practices and real-world experiences with Nx.

Our meetups are programming language-agnostic - we focus purely on Nx, its tools, and its ecosystem, regardless of which language you use.
Join us to learn, connect, and grow the Nx community here in Wrocław!

🇵🇱 Nx Wrocław - monorepo, produktywność i skalowalne aplikacje

Grupę tworzy Push-Based oficjalny partner Nx
Organizatorzy: Adrian Romański i Michael Hladky.

💡 Na spotkaniach poruszamy m.in.:

  • zarządzanie dużymi kodbazami w monorepo,
  • pluginy i rozszerzenia Nx,
  • automatyzację, caching i CI/CD,
  • najlepsze praktyki i doświadczenia z realnych projektów.

Spotkania są niezalezne od jezyka programowania - skupiamy się na samym Nx, jego narzędziach i możliwościach, niezależnie od stosowanego jezyka albo frameworka.
Dołącz, jeśli chcesz rozwijać się technicznie, poznawać ludzi z lokalnej sceny IT i wspólnie budować społeczność Nx we Wrocławiu!

Agentic Experience in Nx: An E2E Automation Case Study
As enterprise monorepos continue to scale, the overhead of maintaining End-to-End (E2E) testing suites often becomes a bottleneck for velocity and developer experience. This case study explores the integration of agentic workflows autonomous, goal-oriented AI systems within the Nx ecosystem to automate the lifecycle of E2E testing.

Building an AI-Powered Problem Solver in 6 Days with Nx, Angular, NestJs, and Google Cloud
What happens when you combine rigorous product discovery, a fast-paced five-day sprint, and cutting-edge Google Cloud architecture? In this talk, two members of Team Linnies Jakub Zawadzki and Ihor Solomianyi break down their journey to securing second place at the Build with AI Wrocław hackathon.
The team will dive into how anyone can leverage hackathons to rapidly acquire and apply new knowledge, walking through the intensive five-day sprint structure featuring daily deliverables and targeted workshops. They’ll share how they tackled massive, WHO-scale problems by building a complex ecosystem comprising four distinct applications: a NestJS backend, an Angular frontend interface, an AI agent, and an MCP server.
Get a behind-the-scenes look at the product itself, including a real-world workflow example, and discover how the team uniquely combined 5 Whys (5Y) with TRIZ problem-solving methodologies to tackle the tricky issue of misaligned metrics. Find out why the underlying AI model initially rejected their proposed solutions and how they adapted.
Finally, the speakers will share honest architectural insights, discussing how they used Nx as a keeper of clean structure to optimize for day-six speed leveraging it for deterministic demo setups and smart, selective testing (`nx affected`) while intentionally setting aside long-term boundaries for the sake of the hackathon clock. They'll also close with a fun war story on fixing a broken NestJS CLI template along the way. Whether you're an engineer, product strategist, or AI enthusiast, this talk offers a practical blueprint for balancing rapid execution with solid architectural foundations.

From Stairs to Furniture: Architecting a Family of Browser-Based Parametric 3D Configurators with Nx
I’m building a family of browser-based, parametric 3D configurators (starting with a stair model generator, with a furniture generators next) that each do something different geometry-wise but share a lot of the same underlying tech. Camera controls, scene rendering, a config UI for live parameter tweaking, a design system, and an export pipeline (STEP, DXF, glTF). None of that is specific to any one configurator, so it shouldn’t be copy-pasted between them.
