NY Colleges Climbing Chalk & Talk

In bouldering, every climb buys you two to five minutes of standing around. Chalk & Talk makes those minutes count. We meet at Vital LES, break into small groups of three or four, and in-between our climbs and cheering each other on — we work through questions that start light (think We're Not Really Strangers) and get more interesting from there (questions like: "Is what I'm pursuing actually worth it, or could I be missing something?", "Why does ___ make you happy — does it actually?") — all geared towards the goal of making real, deep, and lasting friendships in NYC with people our age.
Climb hard or barely climb at all — both work, and total beginners are genuinely welcome. We'll provide a free chalk top-off for your chalk bag if you have one, provided by members of AYM College, a campus ministry. Come as you are, no background assumed, and let's climb together!
