9th FW meetup - dev, debugging and monitoring of connected devices

Details
Heyo everyone,
It's time for our second virtual meetup on the evening of May 6th. This one is focused on what's dear to every firmware developer. Two awesome talks/demos of what remote debugging of connected devices and future of firmware development looks like.
Agenda (all times in EDT):
5:45 - 5:55pm Mingling in breakout rooms
5:55 - 6:00pm Welcome notes
6:00 - 6:45pm François Baldassari, Founder and CEO of Memfault https://memfault.com/, will present an overview and quick demo of Memfault, the first end-to-end observability platform for connected devices. With Memfault, embedded engineers can continuously monitor fleets of devices, automatically capture and remotely debug issues, and deploy OTA updates at scale.
6:45 - 7:30pm Akbar Dhanaliwala, CEO of Lager data https://www.lagerdata.com/, will present "The Future of Firmware". In this talk, Akbar will share their battle-tested vision for what firmware development can look like, how we'll get there, and why the future will be wonderful.
7:30 - 7:45pm End with community announcements
Since we all miss eating pizza together, we're trying something new! We're giving Pizza Time https://www.pizzatime.xyz/ a try. Pizza Time lets groups like ours organize remote pizza parties. It's super simple: before the event, they'll send you a link so you can pick the pizza you want (you'll get a whole pie) and they'll have it delivered to your home before the meetup. It's just $10 to participate. If you're interested, sign up here https://forms.gle/5gPu3vwzuyrYfd5r8
This pizza party is partially sponsored by informal https://informal.cc/ and NY Hardware Startup Meetup.
Hope to see most of you there with a slice in hand!
