Getting Started with Haskell

Join us at Jane Street for a hackathon-style workshop designed to help you get started with Haskell. We'll have experienced Haskell programmers on hand who can walk you through the basics of getting a compiler and REPL set up, installing libraries, and starting on your first project - whether it's a website, a game, or anything else.

Jane Street has generously offered to provide us with the necessary space to hold our meetup and some food. They are deeply invested in functional programming and use OCaml, a functional language in the same family as Haskell, for pretty much everything they do.
