Selected 2024 features in OrderCloud

Roland will touch on selected features in OrderCloud that was released in 2024. Each feature will be described, and some be demoed, and hopefully spike a discussion between all attendees at this meetup. Selected features include:

- Message Senders & Delivery Configurations
- EntitySync
- Bidirectional Content Hub Integration (v1.0.352)
- Promotions and rules engine (v1.0.346)
- The ifs() function, ItemLimitPerOrder etc.

Development X-ccelerator

James will present his Development X-ccelerator - A powerful toolkit for creating models that map directly to Sitecore templates and dictionary items. It generates a single model file for each template or dictionary, with full flexibility to tailor the output to any project's needs. You can export models in various formats, including GlassMapper, Sitecore SXA, and JSS React. And if the built-in options don’t fit, you can create your own custom model formats. The tool consists of two main components:

• Console Application: Manage configuration settings with an easy-to-use interface.
• Sitecore Module/Plugin: A module with custom fields for mapping models, plus options to view and export generated code directly within Sitecore.
