Paul comes from the Marty Cagan school of Product Management - he’s very opinionated about doing things “the right way”. We’ll hear more from him about what that means, how he navigates this dogmatic approach when interacting with other functions, and also why (and how) he tends to spend 3-6 years at companies instead of the 2 that most product leaders seem to last these days.
