Hello All,

I recently moved back home to NY from San Diego and am reaching out to this group for any insight you might have. I am not expecting anything specific, but I have been reading threads for a few weeks now and I decided it couldn't hurt.

My name is Tabitha Anderson and I have been working in Software Development and Digital Marketing for 5 years, and prior to that I worked in Trade Show/Print for a few years as well.

I am extremely passionate about what I do and would consider myself an extremely valuable asset when it comes to all things Technology. I understand Design, Development, IT and Marketing very well, fueled by my extreme curiosity to understand as much as possible.

I am currently continuing to work for the company I was working for in San Diego until the end of this month. I am working remotely from NY as the 3 weeks notice was not enough time for them to be able to transition from my leaving. I hold a Project Manager title, but am open to Product/Marketing Management positions as well. My experience provides me with knowledge that would allow easy transition if the fit seemed right.

I would appreciate any guidance, even if it were just resume feedback. It has been a while since I have been on the job hunt, and well let's be frank San Diego is no New York. They're almost two totally different worlds and I want to be sure I adjust back to the right mindset as quickly as possible.

This meetup group is great. I attended every technology/startup-related gathering I could in San Diego and the second I found this list I was reminded why I love New York so much. I'm ready to work like a New Yorker again! Dying to in fact...

Thanks in advance for taking any time you may have to read my e-mail and/or resume.

Thanks!
Tabitha
