Frisbee free throw in Memorial Park, Saturday morning, May 11th. Frisbees provided, but bring yours if you like... There will be an informal 'throwing clinic' to begin so all levels welcome. Arrive early, at 10:30am, for a light fitness warm-up. Afterwards we will walk to a local cafe for coffee or lunch.
Bring water and a playful attitude - this is not Ultimate and not competitive!
