[What are we doing up in Vermont?]

During the day we will downhill ski, snowboard, go ice climbing, xc skiing or hiking. Whatever you want to do there will be at least one other person who will probably be happy to join in. At night we will hang out and get food in Burlington or Waterbury.

I will post a spreadsheet of activities so that people can self organize depending on what they want to do. I also set up a chat a few days before the trip so that you can further arrange for rides to go hiking or skiing or ice climbing.

[How are we getting up there?]
We are carpooling. Look at the carpool spreadsheet and contact the drivers to get a ride. We usually have more cars and people who need rides. Here is the link to that rides sheet: http://bit.ly/2CHyNv6

If you want to be on your own schedule you can also always rent a car. It's usually cheaper to rent from Newark or LGA than anywhere else in the city.

[Where are we staying?]

We are staying at the Sonesta Inn in Burlington

Please fill the rooms spreadsheet here once you have paid me for your spot: http://bit.ly/2lEwzVS

[Is breakfast included?]

Yes a standard breakfast in included each morning. I will ask the hotel to provide us with almond milk for those who won't drink cow milk include me (Francisco).

[How about dinner]

You can talk to your roommates about cooking dinner in the suite. Some of us will probably go out for dinner both nights in Burlington.

[How do I pay you]

You can send me the money via PayPal or Zelle to metope@gmail.com or Venmo to @xico-mancheno. Send it ASAP. I only have a few spots available. Your RSVP does not count until you send me the money for a spot in the hotel. If you are staying somewhere but want to join us, let me know. It's 146 for half a Queen and 280 for the entire bed.

[Where do I write my name down for a spot?]

Once you have paid me please add your name to a spot in the spreadsheet: http://bit.ly/2lEwzVS

[What are people doing up there?]

People are downhill skiing/snowboarding, XC skiing, hiking or ice climbing. This is an event where everyone can choose their own adventure. There is an activities spreadsheet here: https://bit.ly/2C01tBR

[Are newbies welcome?]

Yes, there will be activities for all levels including skiing. You can take beginner ski lessons at any of the resorts in Vermont.

[Where are people skiing?]

There are a bunch of ski resorts around the area. So people will probably shoot for Stowe, Smuggs, Sugarbush, Bolton Valley, Mad River Glen or Jay. Use the chat to coordinate this. I will ski Sugarbush for sure on Monday on my way back to NYC.
