Annual MLK Weekend New Hampshire trip

• We are headed back to NH for MLK Weekend!!!
  This is one of the most fun trips that we have. It is a blast. We have a huge party on Sunday night at one of the condos. We hike, snowshoe, ice climb and ski like crazy during the day and at night we go hang out in the jacuzzi and sauna, make snow angels and then retire to the condos to party.
• The Plan:
• We leave from NYC on Friday morning and arrive Friday afternoon or night in NH. Some people take the day off and some leave after work but it is a very long drive so I recommend taking Friday off or leaving Thursday night and working from NH on Friday. I can ad an extra day to the condos if people want to do that.
• We come back on Monday. We carpool to ge there. We have a. ride sharing sheet where people can find rides. Rides usually come together a few days before the trip. If you want to rent a car the cheapest rates for rentals are on Costco Travel and you can cancel for free your reservation.

• Condos
  We are staying at the Seasons condos again this year in Bartlett, NH. I have booked us 3 condos but will book more if there is enough demand. I know some of you got your own condos already.
• Cost
  The cost $210 per person this year. Queens or king beds are for two people. If you put your name on a Queen you must share it unless you send me $420 for the entire bed. Then you can choose who you share the bed with. There is a selection of Queen beds, full beds, twin beds, bunks and sofa beds. Beds are first come first serve.
• The seasons after many years finally raised their prices. Still cheaper than a hotel room!

The Master Bedroom is a flat $420. You can fit up to 2 people there and it comes with its own bathroom.
If there is enough interest to ad a night on Thursday or Monday for people who want to stay longer I can book the condos for an extra day. Let me know if you are interested!

  PM if you want to book an entire condo and I can let you know how much it is to book the whole thing through me. Prices depend on the size of the condo. If you book an entire condo then you can split the costs however you want with your friends but you are in charge of that.

• Condo unit amenities
  Each condo has a kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. If you bring something like glasses, pots, etc from one condo to the other one please make sure to take it back to that condo.
• There are two bathrooms in each condo and towels for everyone
• In addition there is a washer and drier plus two bathrooms.
• Recreation building
  In the recreation building there is a pool, a sauna, a big jacuzzi than can fit about 20 people, table tennis and pool tables. These are shared with all the condos but after 8pm almost everyone is gone from the rec room which is open until 10pm.
