Sunset hike in Harriman - transit friendly

We will take the train to Tuxedo and do a small 6 mile loop to watch the sunset.

We will take the 3:52pm train from Penn Station and switch at Secaucus Junction to the Tuxedo train that will arrive in Tuxedo at 4:58pm. If you are driving meet us at the train Tuxedo train station at 5pm.

We will take the 9:58pm train back from Tuxedo to NYC.

I will set up a WhatsApp chat before the hike with the route. It’s going to be close to 90 on Saturday so a late sunset hike will hopefully be cooler. Bring lots of water. Food. Change of clothes in case you get super sweaty. If bring beer or wine make sure it’s in a can or box. No glass please.
