Em-Powers: Connection & Recreation for Burn Survivors
We are meeting up for a Vinyasa yoga class. Beginners are welcome. All mats are provided for free by the yoga studio. This is a drop-in class with the general public with first come first serve, so please arrive 15 min early to secure your spot.
It is a donation based class so pay what you'd like with cash or Venmo. For more info on the class, click here and to save time, fill out this waiver for the yoga studio ahead of time, here!
The class is 1 hour and if you'd like to join us to chill and chat afterwards, we will head to Tompkins Square Park (if its raining, we will grab a small bite at Titi's Empanada's)
