Please bring cash or you can VENMO to me. It's easier for restaurant to bill to one credit card. If the restaurant does individual checks, that could work.

$8 annual meetup fee for one year from date you paid. I keep a track in my notes (iPhone App). Meetup charges me over $250 a year so I am just asking members to share the costs.
