Hi everyone — hosting an informal in-person discussion for NYC teachers, tutors, and anyone working with students. We'll talk about AI tools in education honestly: what's actually useful, what falls flat, and what we wish existed.
Not a workshop. Not a pitch.

Just a few educators sitting down to talk about what's showing up in our classrooms and sessions, and what we'd actually want from these tools.
Who this is for: K-12 teachers, tutors, learning specialists, school staff — anyone working directly with students in NYC.

About me: former NYC public school math teacher (~9 years), now doing private tutoring and running small educator meetups. Did a virtual one last week with ~6 educators — wanted to go back to in-person this week.

Friday, May 22, 5:00 PM Capital One Cafe SoHo — small reserved room (cafe overflow if we fill it) Free, RSVP appreciated so I can plan seating.
