Hi NYC Producers, we're super happy to take over this group and continue the legacy that Tom Myruski built, creating such an amazing community for so many years.
We'll be formulating the direction of the group in the coming weeks, but rest assured, this will always be a home for producers, artists, performers, and musicians of all genres, skill-levels, ethnicities, and identity.

The Chop Shop Monthly Sample Challenge, hosted by Great Dane, is an exciting remix competition and live event held at 343 Labs NYC, located at 119 W 23rd St, Studio 700. This month we’re choppin’ up samples from Golden Child’s experimental and abrasive bass track Vibrate.
The event takes place on May 28 from 7-10 PM, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own beverages (BYOB). Each month, samples and stems are released on the first Thursday, with submissions due by the last Thursday of the month.
Participants can submit their beats, receive feedback from special guest judges, and win prizes.
Highlights of the event include feedback and judging sessions and the compilation of winning beats into a mixtape on 343 Labs’ SoundCloud. This event is open to all members of the 343 Labs community, regardless of whether you submit a beat, want to participate in the Open Decks, or just want to come enjoy the vibe.

Join us for a free music production masterclass and 343 Labs Open House. In this masterclass, a 343 Labs student alumni breaks down one of their tracks in Ableton Live with the help of 343 Labs instructor John Selway. Learn some new music production techniques that will make your music stand out.
During the event, 343 Labs will be opening its doors for an Open House, where attendees can tour the facilities, learn about 343 Labs courses, and meet some of the instructors. This is a great way to get a feel for the community and programs at 343 Labs, meet fellow producers, and ask any questions you may have about our school.
