Weekly astronomy class with Laird and the unrelated events on https://aaa.org/ sometimes get cancelled, so please RSVP with them first and ask the instructor for the location, his email is: laird@lairdwh.com

Taught by Laird W. Ph.D. and here's how he describes it: “Astronomy is about EVERYTHING. Or at least that's why I became interested in it in 2nd grade. Now, 40 years post Ph.D. in Astronomy. Astronomy, and indeed all of science is still my passion. My advisor was Carl Sagan.”

First class is free. Ongoing, astronomy class at the Senior Center. You don't have to be a senior to join, but you should pay the Senior Center $2.50 (or $5 for every other meeting), you attend, (exact change is appreciated). Note regarding emails: Make sure the word MEETUP does NOT appear anywhere in the email.
