This is our Saturday morning Footy Fitness & Skills Training with semi-professional soccer player & Equinox personal trainer, Josh Osborn. In this 60-90 minute session, you'll develop soccer skills, strengthen your core and increase your agility.
Joshua Osborn is a former collegiate soccer player at Washington State University and the University of Washington. He played semi-professionally for the Wenatchee Fire in Washington and continues to play recreationally in NYC. Josh is a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer as well as a soccer instructor in Brooklyn, NY
