You’re Invited: Enjoy the Michelin Glamour at Avant Garden!

Greetings gents. Step into an evening of elegance and refinement as we present Avant Garden, a Michelin-recognized dining destination in the vibrant East Village. Known for its sophisticated plant-based cuisine, this intimate venue sets the stage for an upscale culinary experience.

• Price: Please prepay $25 to secure your RSVP slot, which will be credited towards your dining bill (food + 20% tip + 8.875% sales tax).

‼️Everyone will pay for his own food, plus tip and tax. Because Avant Garden charges "$25 per person" for late cancellations, I need to collect that amount from each of you in advance, within a few days of your RSVP. You can pay it by Venmo, Paypal or Zelle. Just let me know through private messages. When you show up at the event, your prepayment will be credited towards your final bill. The no-shows or last-minute cancellations will have their prepayment forfeited. If you RSVP YES but don't make the payment within a few days, I will have to give the slot to the next person on the waiting list.

The RSVP capacity of this event is set to only 6 people, because for any party larger than that, Avant Garden has another whole set of rules and payment requirements, which we are unlikely to meet. But I want to use this event to gauge our members' interest in dining at some of the more upscale restaurants in NYC (which have similar cancellation policies). If the interest is there and the waiting list is long, I will organize another 6-person dinner at Avant Garden on a different date.
