Greetings gents. Let’s gather for a peak-summer evening of vibrant plant-based plates and lively conversation on Sunday, August 3, at 6:00 PM at PS Kitchen. Famous for its chic two-level space conveniently located between Times Square and Hell's Kitchen, PS puts a creative spin on comfort classics—from buffalo maitake wings to Colombian potato soup—and donates 100% of its profits to local charities, so every bite does good.

We will be ordering from their à la carte menu, which offers lots of choices for entrées and desserts. This neighborhood also has many coffee shops and bars, so if some of us feel like taking a stroll and having a coffee/drink after dinner like we sometimes do, there will be plenty of choices. As always, everyone will be paying for his own food plus tax and tip, so bring with you some cash for convenience.
