How Strands team rewrote their SDK in Typescript with Agents

Abstract: The Strands Agents SDK team had the goal of building out support for the Typescript Language in time for Reinvent. By utilizing Agents built with the Python SDK, the team was able to greatly accelerate their development of the sdk, with over half of the code being contributed by their agents. They used a new prompting technique, called Agent SOPs, to delegate much of their development workflow to agents.
