This is a 30-minute, free, focused mini-workshop designed to help you understand what it actually means to be a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) or empath — and how to work with your sensitivity rather than feeling overwhelmed by it.
Sensitivity isn’t a flaw. It’s a trait rooted in how the nervous system processes information — often more deeply, more emotionally, and more responsively to the environment. But in a fast-paced, noisy, and demanding world, that depth can easily turn into overstimulation, mental fatigue, or emotional drain.
In this session, Certified Life Coach Aiden Murtagh (Sensei Aodhán) walks you through a simple, psychology-grounded framework to help you understand how sensitivity shows up in real life — and why it can sometimes feel like too much.
