Join us for the New York State Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act Victory Lap tomorrow night with the legislators who championed the bill for so many years . We're honored to have New York State Assembly Majority Leader Crystal Peoples-Stokes and (my) State Senator Liz Krueger join us for a discussion of NYS cannabis legalization past, present, and future.

Would like to give a few shoutouts:

1. Leah Halton-Pope and Brad Usher - who work tirelessly with our speakers
2. Drug Policy Alliance - namely Kassandra Frederique and Melissa Moore - who have long been (8 years?) catalysts and advocates for the MRTA
3. Juneteenth - excited that our country has recognized this historic day and hopefully will take meaningful steps to do much more about the historical and present racial inequalities
