## 🧭 Event Focus

Theme
A reflective MBTI discussion for INFJs, INFPs, and other intuitive introverts exploring solitude, depth, overstimulation, inner life, and the pressure to perform extroversion.

Core idea
Modern culture often rewards people who are bold, social, fast-talking, and comfortable being seen. Your Quiet notes frame this as the Extrovert Ideal, where the “ideal self” is often seen as gregarious, alpha, and comfortable in the spotlight.
But introversion is not weakness. It is not the same as shyness. Introversion is a preference for environments that are less overstimulating, while shyness is the fear of social disapproval or humiliation.

## 💡 What to Expect

  • Intuitive Introverts: The Power of the Inner World
Many introverts are not antisocial. They are reflective, selective, observant, and often most alive in spaces where depth is welcomed.

  • This meetup is for INFJs, INFPs, and other intuitive introverts who want to explore what it means to live in a culture that often rewards boldness, visibility, fast speech, and constant social energy.

We’ll reflect on solitude, overstimulation, deep conversation, inner life, and the difference between being shy and being introverted. The first half will include quiet writing, short one-minute shares, and guided discussion. The second half will move into smaller casual groups so people can connect more naturally.
Come as you are. You do not need to be loud to belong here.

Introversion is not something to fix.
