Public Jam Session!

It's time for another public jam session!

The event will be held in a hideaway speakeasy located in the back of Mochi Dolci, a sweet shop specializing in mochi delectables.

Step through the phone booth at the back of the shop, and you'll be whisked away to a mood-lit cocktail bar where our music will ignite the scene and the senses.

Invite your friends and family (at no charge) for a delightful atmosphere of live jazz, watching you perform while enjoying food and drinks. There's no audience better than our nearest and dearest, so let's round 'em up and fill up the room (and help us get invited back again)!

Like our previous public jams (and regular jams), we'll play with a predetermined setlist (listed below). But this time, we're stepping it up by NOT assigning players to tunes.

Instead, you'll put your name down like you would at a regular open jam session.

When your name is called, you'll come to the bandstand and play a couple of tunes as we move down the setlist (in the order listed below).

If you want to skip the two tunes you're called for, you can wait for the next two and have the player after you take your spot.

After we've gone through everyone on the list, we'll start another round.

BACKLINE: PA system, 1 wireless mic, 2 guitar amps, bass amp, drums, Yamaha P-45 Digital Piano (88-key fully weighted and graded)

There is a 6 PLAYER LIMIT per tune as follows:
• Rhythm Section: 1 keyboard, 1 guitar, 1 bass, 1 drums
• NO LIMIT for lead instruments up to the 6-player limit

TO ATTEND ONLY (and not play) – FREE – JUST SHOW UP! We need an audience to fill the room so we'll be invited again for future jams. Bring friends! This is a great opportunity for members to meet other members.

As a community, it's also good etiquette for you to stay and support the other players, so please consider staying for the whole jam, or as long as your schedule allows.
