Writing group meeting at a VERY COOL restaurant/bar on the Upper West Side

We've met here twice before over the past two years, and the wonderful owners are inviting us back. We're gonna have a big private room in a hidden area/speakeasy—and the food is great too. This place is known for a certain dessert, and there's a full menu of savory stuff plus lots of drink options.

Why am I being vague? Because this event is only open to members of this group; if I post the name and address here on Meetup, then anyone can see it, and random people might try to show up.

Normally it would cost hundreds of dollars to reserve this space on a weekend afternoon; the owners are letting us use it for free, but of course they DO still want to make money, so I strongly encourage you to show up hungry and thirsty and order stuff.

Feel free to DM or text me if you want the name of this place so you can look up the menu. Or just take my word for it that it's great, and you can be surprised when I blast out all the details the day before the meeting. Fyi we can start showing up at 12:30pm, and we'll begin the quiet writing hour at 1:30pm.

We've averaged 45 people per meeting at this venue, and I'm expecting another big turnout—and then after the meeting, everyone's invited to come hang at my place which is within walking distance :D
