Writing group meeting in a funky art studio in the East 50s

And now, for something different . . .
One of our members named Elle (who's not on Meetup) has been using a VERY cool/weird space in midtown as her art studio, and she's gotten permission from the owners to let this group use it for an evening.
The night before we meet, I'll email all the details to everyone who's on the RSVP list, but here's some stuff that you should be aware of for now:
- For liability purposes, you'll need to sign a digital waiver before heading upstairs. If you want to see the waiver before I send out the email, get in touch and I'll provide a link.
- This place is not wheelchair accessible. We'll be meeting on the 4th floor, and while there IS an elevator, using it will require you to pass through a gap that's only 14.5 inches wide. (See what I mean about "funky"?) There's also a staircase with normal dimensions if you prefer to get three flights' worth of exercise.
- There's no air conditioning, but there'll be a few fans. I would've waited to do this meeting in the fall or winter but Elle might not have it much longer, and it's such an unusual setup that I decided to go for it ASAP.
- Elle requested that we have a 90-minute writing session, so let's do it! That'll happen from 6pm to 7:30pm.
- We'll need to clear the space by 11pm sharp.
