Weekend Trip: Reykjavík, Iceland (3 days, 2 nights)

Let's go to Iceland for the weekend!

# THE PLAN*

• Meet at JFK Airport on Thursday at 6:00pm.
• We'll go on a Northern Lights Tour, visit The Blue Lagoon (see event photo), and more!
• Back at JFK Airport on Sunday at 7:30pm.

• All times are local time. If you have an activity you're really excited about, please let the organizer know.

# ESTIMATED Costs
This trip costs $———/person (please check with the organizer), this includes economy round trip flights (not including any baggage fees) and two nights of hotel room (share the room with one other person **). Please note that cost may increase if you join later.

To reserve your spot, you'll be asked to pay the full amount in advance, which is NOT refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. No-shows or late arrivals/missed flights will not entitle you to a refund.

Please note that the fee does not cover anything else (e.g. activities and food).

# CHANGES
This event may be canceled or modified for any reason by the organizer. The plan posted may change depending on various factors. We'll try to notify you as soon as possible if the event is to be canceled or modified.

# IMPORTANT
Our events are only open to members of the group. If you'd like to invite others to our events, please ask them to join the group and RSVP to the events.

# TERMS
By participating, you (and anyone claiming on your behalf) agree to assume all risks (including, but not limited to, accidents, property loss, personal injury, illnesses, and death) associated with this activity and you forever hereby covenant not to sue, release, waive, and discharge the organizers from all claims and liability (knowns, unknowns, past, present, or future) of any kind or origin arising out of or in any way connected directly or indirectly with this event. You acknowledge that by participating you are agreeing to these terms voluntarily and hereby completely and unconditionally forever release the organizers of all claims and liability.

By applying to join the group, joining the group, or participating in any event you certify that you agree to the Group Rules and Membership Terms currently posted in the Group Description.
