Get up and shake your groove thing when Lincoln Center favorites Joe McGinty & The Loser’s Lounge return to Summer for the City! The Loser's Lounge, a collective of downtown NYC's best musicians with over 30 years of legendary performances, will be celebrating the golden age of disco with an ecstatic mix of crowd-pleasing covers and classic dance floor hits. The band will share the stage with legendary DJ Bill Coleman, producer and owner of the eclectic music label and culture hub Peace Bisquit, for a celebration of all things disco. So dress like you're on the set of Saturday Night Fever, and meet us under the giant disco ball to dance the night away! If you're new to the scene, don't worry, a dance instructor will be on hand to teach you the basics of the bump and the hustle.

Let’s meet at 6pm at Geffen Hall to gather before going in. If you did not tickets, you will need to stand in line.

The Dance Floor opens with DJ set at 6:30 pm
Dance lesson at 7:00 pm
Live music at 7:30 pm
Afterwards, stay for the Silent Disco at 10:00 pm
